Care and Share Challenge

When it is held: Normally in Hunter and Coastal Region October / November

Requirements:
Mobs run one month's programs with a Care and Share Theme.
Mobs attempt to have some media coverage during the Month
Mobs should visit out in the community during the Month
A little more: During this month Joey Scouts in Hunter & Coastal Region are participating in Care & Share Month.
As this year is 100 years of scouting internationally we have decided to take our
Care & Share international as well.
Over the month we will be raising money to go to a group of children in Cambodia. The sunshine foundation, care for children from poorer families providing day care, meals and support for schooling. These children would normally spend their days roaming the streets trying to earn an income, usually by collecting recyclable materials. The sunshine foundation has enrolled over 70 children into government schools, many for the first time in their lives.
