Lake Macquarie City District's 14 scout groups pledged their
Carbon Footprint reductions at Speers Point recently.
The aim is for each group to reduce emmissions by 10% in 2010.

Pladges include: Recycling plastic bags, telephones & books, aluminium
can recycling, starting worm farms, planting trees & bushtucker gardens,
using enery saving light globes, plus heaps more.
