Gathering of All Sections

This Region Camp will take place at Glenrock Training Camp on the weekend 15th & 16th October 2011.

Camping this time will be Troop, Group or District based. NO FAMILY CAMPING. The reason for this is due to lack of space. (Groups will be responsible for bring with them enough adults to cover the necessary ratio of adults to Youth members only).
If you do not wish to camp at Glenrock you have the option of staying at a local scout hall, or even camping at Kanangra Scout Camp Nords Wharf and travel in to Glenrock for the day

The cost is $18.00 per person for the weekend or $9.00 per person for Day Visitors.
NOTE:  All payments are to be made to Hunter & Coastal Region Office ONLY

Please note all in attendance must fill in the A1 form and have it to the Region Office on or before the CLOSING DATE of the 16th September 2011.

The major activities planned for the weekend are;
Abseiling
Rock Climbing
Climbing Wall
Flying Fox
Mega Inflatable Slide
Bungee Trampoline
All these activities will be controlled by qualified Operators and Instructors
The activities will be supported by various activities run by each of the Youth Sections.

As this weekend as the activity name suggests “A Gathering of All Sections” we will be helping our youngest section the “Joeys” celebrate their 21st Birthday with a Fireworks display on the Saturday night.
